Essential Fatty Acids

You will find several essential fatty acids: 3, 6 and 9. All of them have their importance. Omega-3 confers not only an anti-inflammatory action as it also improves triglyceride levels and compensates for excessive consumption of omega-6 sources from processed foods. Omega-6 acids are important but only those of known and unprocessed origin. Brazil nuts and seeds, among others, are good examples.
