Matcha grows in the shade of centuries-old plantations in the mountains and surrounded by trees in Uji-Tawara, in Kyoto (Japan), and its leaves are hand harvested, and later reduced to a fine powder in stone mills, through a delicate process. HOW TO MAKE A DELICIOUS MATCHA TEA: Boil some water, preferably mineral and slightly alkaline, when it is boiling, remove from the fire and allow it to cool until the water reaches around 80º C. Pour approximately 80ml of water into a cup of tea and add 1g (1/2 teaspoon) and mix for 15 seconds until a lather forms and is ready to drink.

In order to maintain the integrity of the product, close the package and store it in a cool and dry place, far from the heat and sun.

Matcha Green Tea should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
